Live for Alyssa Gala
An Old Hollywood night of music, dancing and very few speeches. Come sit with Matteen and our group.
Save Your Seat With UsA whole new gala
In 2018, Alyssa Alhadeff was taken from her family at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Her parents turned that loss into Make Our Schools Safe, and a movement that has changed school safety across the country.
This year's gala is built differently: a short program, a few speeches, and a lot of fun. One night to celebrate what's been won, and one you'll want to come back to next year.
What MOSS has won
states have passed Alyssa's Law™
raised and given back to school safety
student-led MOSS Clubs nationwide

Why Matteen is in
Matteen has served on the MOSS Board of Directors since its founding in 2018. He and co-founder Dr. Ilan Alhadeff have been friends since childhood, and after Alyssa was lost, Matteen set his own work aside to help build what came next.
He built MOSS's first website and funded it himself for five years. Today he advises the board on technology and marketing.
Nothing is more important than our children.
